Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Drive repeat business through exceptional guest experiences
Sales, Performance & Reporting
Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and operational efficiency
Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and profitability
Prepare operational and performance reports for management
Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to company policies, health regulations, and licensing requirements
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards across the restaurant


Requirements


Minimum 5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage high staff turnover
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
