As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, improving customer experience, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational profitability.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer traffic, and overall business performance

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or a related field
5 - 7 years' experience in restaurant operations and management
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing customer traffic, and achieving business targets
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory management, and customer service
Excellent leadership, business development, communication, and problem-solving skills.
