Overview


We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our QSR operations.
You will oversee both the kitchen and front-of-house activities, ensuring high-quality menus are delivered and motivating staff to provide excellent customer service.
This role requires hands-on supervision and strong operational management skills.


Key Responsibilities


Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
Organize and supervise staff shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Maintain and enhance the restaurant's image and suggest improvement strategies.
Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste.
Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
Recommend strategies to reach a broader audience (e.g., social media promotions).
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Implement policies and protocols to ensure efficient future restaurant operations.
Provide technical knowledge to resolve operational or kitchen issues quickly.


Qualifications


B.Sc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus.
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
Acute financial management and cost control abilities.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Familiarity with restaurant management software.
Proven experience, preferably within the QSRindustry.


Experience:


Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar supervisory role.
Demonstrated customer service management experience.
Hands-on experience supervising kitchen operations and front-of-house activities.
