Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor, Content Creator, and Graphics Designer at Kada Plaza in Benin City.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage services.
Additionally, you will be tasked with creating engaging content and designing visually compelling graphics to promote the business while contributing to its digital presence.
The role requires collaboration with team members to improve workflow and elevate the customer experience.


Qualifications


Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership abilities
Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with staff and customers
Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and standards
Proficiency in Content Creation and Graphic Design, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related software
Creativity and attention to detail for producing visually captivating promotional materials
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to fast-paced environments
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Design, or a relevant field is advantageous
