We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead store teams, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve targets
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays
Handle customer issues and ensure excellent customer service
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and store activities
Plan and execute promotional and marketing initiatives
Requirements
5 - 10 years experience in retail management, preferably in supermarkets, pharmacy chains, or FMCG stores
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
