Role Alignment
As a Revenue Assurance Analyst, you will be the eyes and ears of Ikeja Electric's commercial health. This role is pivotal to ensuring every unit of electricity delivered is accurately billed and accounted for. Your work will prevent revenue loss, enable smarter business decisions, and help improve customer trust and regulatory compliance.
You'll contribute to:
Track billing accuracy and unbilled energy across systems to detect anomalies.
Analyze the end-to-end flow of energy data to ensure consistency and completeness.
Investigate mismatches between metering, billing, and consumption data. Support recovery of lost revenue by identifying causes of technical and non- technical losses.
Develop automated controls and validation tools that eliminate manual errors.
Recommend process enhancements that boost revenue integrity and data reliabilty.
Support regulatory and business units with validated data and technical insights.
Ensure all revenue-related activities comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Provide data reports to support audits, Inspections, and compliance submissions.

Minimum Requirement
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Data Science.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 0-2 years experience in in revenue assurance, billing, financial analysis, or related roles within the electricity or utility industry.
Hands-on experience reconciliation processes.
