Job Description :
Perform lifting, rigging, and movement of heavy equipment and materials using appropriate lifting gear.
Inspect and prepare rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, and hoists before use.
Determine load weights, center of gravity, and select safe lifting methods
Guide crane operators using standard hand signals or communication systems.
Secure loads properly to ensure safe lifting, movement, and placement.
Ensure all rigging activities comply with safety standards and site procedures.
Carry out rigging operations efficiently within project timelines.
Requirements:
Trade Test Certificate or relevant certification in rigging or lifting operations.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in rigging or heavy lifting operations.
Ability to interpret lifting plans, load charts, and basic technical drawings.
Knowledge of rigging equipment, load handling, and safe lifting practices.
Strong awareness of safety procedures and ability to work under deadlines.
Offshore travel documents valid for at least one year(BOSIET,OSP,SBC,Medicals, TB, A&D, Audiometry)
