Key Responsibilities

Risk Policy & System Construction


Establish and optimize distributor financing risk management policies, credit evaluation standards, risk rating rules and business operation processes targeting FMCG dealer channel scenarios. Continuously iterate risk control standards according to local market competition, dealer operating characteristics and regulatory requirements to match local channel financing business development.


Dealer Credit Underwriting & Due Diligence


Lead offline field due diligence on downstream distributors, verify dealer's operating scale, sales volume, inventory status, cash flow, credit record and related guaranty conditions. Responsible for credit limit approval, term setting and risk pricing of medium and large distributor financing projects, accurately identify channel credit risks.


Portfolio Risk Monitoring & Early Warning


Undertake daily monitoring of the overall channel financing asset portfolio, track key indicators including dealer repayment status, overdue rate, inventory turnover, channel sales deviation and concentration risk. Establish risk early warning mechanism, identify abnormal dealers and potential default risks in advance, and issue targeted risk prompt and control suggestions.


​​​​​​​ Risk Mitigation & Default Disposal


Formulate risk mitigation measures for high-risk customers and abnormal businesses. Cooperate with sales, operation, legal and post-loan teams to carry out overdue collection, debtor negotiation, asset verification and recourse disposal. Summarize typical channel risk cases and form standardized disposal schemes.


​​​​​​​Data Analysis & Risk Optimization


Regularly analyze channel financing business data, dealer default rules and industry risk characteristics, output periodic risk analysis reports. Optimize credit evaluation models, dealer access standards and post-loan management strategies to reduce overall portfolio risk rate.


​​​​​​​Team & Business Coordination


Manage the channel risk control team, arrange daily review, monitoring and case disposal work, conduct professional skill training. Cooperate with KA sales, credit approval and post-loan teams to unify risk judgment standards and balance business development and risk control.
