Room Attendant - Hospitality at Tsebo Solution

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high service standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.


Duties & Responsibilities


Clean and prepare guest rooms to the required standards.
Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas and corridors.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property.
Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
Maintain housekeeping equipment and assist with deep-cleaning tasks.
Accurately record completed housekeeping activities.

Qualifications


Grade 12/Matric
