Job Description :
Plan, supervise, and execute rope access operations in accordance with IRATA standards.
Lead rope access teams and provide technical and safety supervision on site.
Design, install, and approve complex rope access and rescue systems.
Ensure all rope access activities comply with approved risk assessments, method statements, and permits.
Act as the primary rescue lead and manage emergency response during rope access operations.
Inspect rope access equipment, certify its suitability for use, and ensure proper maintenance.
Liaise with site management, clients, and safety personnel to coordinate work and report progress.
Requirements:
Valid IRATA Level 1 certification (mandatory).
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of rope access experience in industrial, construction, or offshore environments.
Proven experience supervising rope access teams and complex work-at-height activities.
Strong knowledge of advanced rigging, rescue techniques, and IRATA guidelines.
Ability to prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and lifting/work plans.
Physically fit and medically certified to work at height.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and safety management skills.
Offshore travel documents valid for at least one year(BOSIET,OSP,SBC,Medicals, TB, A&D, Audiometry)
