Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
CPA (Part I or II) is an added advantage
Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a SACCO or financial institution > Strong understanding of SACCO operations and loan processing procedures
Knowledge of financial reporting and record keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SACCO management systems
