Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sachet Packaging Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machines used in seasoning sachet production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient machine operation, product quality, minimal downtime, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor VFFS sachet packaging machines.
Set up machines for production runs and product changeovers.
Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate filling, sealing, coding, and packaging quality.
Troubleshoot minor machine faults and escalate major issues when necessary.
Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machines and work areas.
Adhere to GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND or Technical Certification.
At least 2 years of experience operating Pakona machines or other VFFS packaging machines.
Experience in food manufacturing or seasoning production will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and packaging quality standards.
Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and workplace safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
