Safety Coach at Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics

Key Responsibilities


Demonstrate to the loaders on how to safely go about the various activities loading/unloading, empties offloading loading;
Attend daily tier 1 meetings and ensure 100% attendance and highlight any safety (QHSE) issues/observations;
Raise and report SIRC's cards on unsafe acts and conditions in every shift;
Ensure zero unsafe acts/conditions on site;
Ensure 100% PPE's compliance and adherence.
Continuously ensure 5S principles are always being adhered to in the warehouses and operation areas
Support in enforcing all QHSE regulations to ensure safe working conditions and practice within the Warehouse at all times.
Observe proper stacking standards within the warehouses and the yard;
Enforce clear gangways, fire points and emergency exits.
Report all near misses immediately.


Minimum Qualifications


KCSE certificate
Minimum of Diploma
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct


Experience


2 years' experience in FMCG tasks(All Rounded) and more specifically to loading and other operations;
2 years' experience in the loading and unloading activities.
