Safety, Health, Environmental & Security Coordinator I at Habrams Energy

We are seeking a proactive Safety, Health, Environmental & Security Coordinator I to support turnaround activities by coordinating site security operations, contractor screening, and emergency preparedness. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe and secure working environment while supporting compliance with Company security requirements.


Key Responsibilities


Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
Develop and administer contractor screening criteria and processes.
Coordinate contractor screening and access pass issuance.
Develop and maintain the turnaround (T/A) security plan.
Conduct additional contractor screening and pass issuance during project execution as required.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of site security programmes.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in security coordination or a related field.
Knowledge of site security and emergency preparedness practices.
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
