Job Description :
Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
Ensure workers comply with safety requirements, use of PPE, and safe work methods.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare detailed reports.
Conduct safety inductions, training, and toolbox talks for site personnel.
Maintain safety documentation, permits, and inspection records.
Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure all activities are carried out safely within project timelines.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in site or industrial safety management.
Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and hazard control practices.
Certification in safety training (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety compliance.
Offshore travel documents valid for at least one year(BOSIET,OSP,SBC,Medicals, TB, A&D, Audiometry)
