ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering the assigned customer growth targets within their specific defined geography within the territory.
Make sales and hit the sale number! Be part of the team aiming to deliver over 100% of the total company sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Targets - Drive attainment of monthly sales goals as outlined.
Marketing Material - Use company-approved materials and adhere to brand guidelines (auditable within first 3 months).
Customer Acquisition & CRM - Source at least 20 prospective customer visits monthly. Develop and maintain a CRM sales funnel: Hot Leads: 20%, Warm Leads: 30%, Cold Leads: 20%, Paid Customers: 30%
Operational Excellence - 100% attendance compliance with company policies, Full CRM usage for lead generation and closed sales, Timely reporting of sales updates, Strict adherence to financial policies (no cash transactions).
Core Profile - Doer / Positive / Aggressive.
REQUIREMENTS
A Degree in business administration, communications or ICT.
Must have Enterprise selling experience to end customers, 1-2 years of successful track record of earning incentives.
Must have successfully achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Must have a strong sales acumen and high on integrity.
