Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong sales, communication, and account management skills, particularly in engaging small- to medium-sized businesses and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet business objectives.
Conduct sales presentations, proposals and contract discussions with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experience and achieve client expectations.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and account reports.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on company's product features.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
Experience in fintech, banking, or technology sales is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
