We are hiring a Sales Account Manager to join our growing Abuja branch. This role is ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy professional with a strong background in enterprise ICT sales. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and delivering high-impact solutions to clients in Abuja and the northern region.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in Abuja and the surrounding region.
Generate new business leads, pitch relevant ICT solutions, and close deals that align with client goals.
Understand customer pain points and deliver value-driven, consultative sales solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams for solution architecture, demos, and proposal development.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and recurring business.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team growth metrics.
Stay informed on regional ICT trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies.
Ensure accurate reporting and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
3 - 7 years of successful experience in B2B sales within the ICT, enterprise tech, or AV sectors.
Proven ability to sell IT infrastructure, software, AV solutions, or cybersecurity offerings.
Strong prospecting skills and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
Solid communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms.
A self-starter who thrives in a results-driven, on-site work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must reside in or around Abuja and be available for on-site work and immediate start.
