We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, and support the overall sales and marketing strategy of the hotel operation.
The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality and MICE sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
The role requires a proactive individual who can generate leads, manage key accounts, coordinate sales activities, and contribute towards achieving the organization's operational and financial goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Promote hotel accommodation, conference facilities, and events spaces
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to generate business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, correspondence, and client communications.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Represent the brand professionally during events and networking activities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Experience & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality or corporate sales
Experience in hotel and MICE sales is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent customer relationship management abilities Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and under pressure
