Support customers with Tender / Project requests by analysing customer requirements and coming up with a solution with the pre-sales team.
Be willing to gain deep knowledge of the solutions we sell and to be able to demonstrate this effectively to the customer.
Utilizing Sales expertise to train and sell UC solutions to Partners, aligning sales efforts with product marketing goals and vendor relationships.
Responsible for driving the sales and business generation from the assigned business verticals, accounts and leads across the region.
Responsible for managing key accounts by introducing positive business relationships with various stakeholders. Identify new leads, generate sales proposals to meet customer requirements, and convert them into sales.
Identify and implement partner strategy for selected verticals/accounts by working closely with channel partner managers. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel
Ability to achieve the Quarterly and Annual targets and sales plans assigned for the verticals and/or accounts.
Plan and execute business development activities from targeted verticals and accounts to increase the opportunities.
We expect you to have the ability to execute and manage multiple projects concurrently.
You will work with Partners and End clients to position our UC offerings as preferred solution.
You will educate, coordinate, and provide Sales seminars on Unified Communications solutions to consultants, channel partners and end users.
Work with the Technical team and host for Partners for Trainings and demonstrations.
Engage partners on a weekly basis and scheduling meetings with prospect customers with their involvement.


Qualifications and Experience

Essential


Proven work experience in selling technology preferably Unified communications and having sold competitive technologies an added advantage.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
Computer Literacy
Commitment to working with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to work in virtual teams.
Excellent knowledge of the region employed in.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sage
