Key Duties and Responsibilities


Attend to walk-in customers promptly and courteously at the branch office and direct visitors to the relevant departments.
Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence gathering.
Uphold the company image through professionalism and proper presentation of products displayed at the branch office.
Follow up on all customer enquiries received at the branch office to convert them into sales.
Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback.
Market company products through cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.
Organize and maintain product displays within the branch office, ensuring cleanliness, order, and visibility.
Take responsibility for day-to-day branch office operations and coordination.
Manage branch stock, including receiving, issuing, tracking, and updating stock records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Receive machines and equipment sold by the company for repair and issue job cards to customers.
Hand over machines and equipment to technical personnel and track repair progress.
Notify customers when machines or equipment are ready for collection.
Ensure all service and maintenance charges are fully paid before releasing machines or equipment.
Perform cashiering duties, ensuring accurate transaction entry and invoicing
Prepare correspondence and administrative documentation as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Accuracy and timeliness of cashiering and daily reconciliations

Qualifications & Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in sales, administration, customer service, or branch operations.
Experience in ICT equipment or technical products will be an added advantage
