Job Overview:
Handles a skilled level of calculations, verbal and written communications, outside enquiries, follow-up or explanation. May seek advice from a section leader but has some discretion. Handles a greater variety of tasks, level clerical staff.
Administer sales orders
Handled customer queries,
On time pack report to production, CSA controls
Short loads, Outstanding invoices.
Excellent verbal written and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, priorities and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification- Matric or Certificate in Administration
Previous experience working in office setting
2-3 years relevant experience within an office environment
Computer skills including, MS Office, E Mails, other systems
