Required- qualifications, skills and experience:
A diploma or degree in Sales or Business Administration will be advantageous.
ERP System experience required
Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar internal sales or marketing support role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems
Valid driver's license and own vehicle essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Sales Support Duties:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow-ups to clients.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Support the external sales team with documentation, lead generation, and customer feedback.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain records of all sales and marketing activity.
Ensure product and price lists are updated.
