This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent, based in KAKAMEGA, Kenya. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, presenting financial products to prospective clients, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. Additionally, the Sales Agent will participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build positive client relationships and address customer needs effectively
Experience in Sales and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of Insurance products and services is an advantage
Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on market trends
Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
