Job Summary
You will be responsible for supporting their sales and administrative functions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
Support sales team with lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Prepare sales reports and presentations using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Attend customer meetings as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in sales, and administration.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Familiarity with IT and telecom products and services is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
