About the Role


We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue growth
This role requires proactive client engagement and supporting the commercial team to convert audience influence into sustainable business value.


Key Responsibilities


Support sales of advertising slots, show sponsorships, and branded content.
Identify and pitch potential brand and corporate partnerships.
Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Maintain sales pipelines, track targets, and support reporting.
Collaborate with production and commercial teams to ensure brand-aligned deals.


Education & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
3 - 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Media/Advertising roles.


Key Skills & Competencies:


Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of media sales (TV, digital, branded content)
Excellent presentation and pitching skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skill.
