Position Overview
The Sales & Digital Marketing Associate will support business growth by scouting online opportunities, running digital marketing activities, and providing sales administrative support.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, digitally savvy, and highly organized.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Opportunity Scouting
Identify tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and new business opportunities across online platforms.
Monitor government portals, NGO/donor sites, corporate procurement boards, and institutional platforms
Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline with deadlines and status updates.
Share timely leads with the business development head
Conduct basic research on prospective clients and industries.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Manage and publish content on LinkedIn and other company social media platforms.
Create simple graphics, captions, and campaign content (or coordinate with designers).
Run targeted LinkedIn ads and track engagement.
Prepare monthly analytics reports on marketing performance.
Update website content and company profiles when required.
Sales Administration & Coordination
Support tender submissions, proposal preparation, and documentation.
Maintain CRM records and ensure all leads and opportunities are updated.
Coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Prepare and organize company documents required for pre-qualification and vendor registration.
Keep sales templates, brochures, and compliance files up to date.
Requirements
Degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or ICT.
3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales support.
Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and online research tools.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) are an added advantage.
Excellent communication and writing abilities.
