Key Responsibilities:
Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content coordination.
Assist in coordinating fam trips enquiries and bookings for agents, media, and trade partners.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience within a tour operating company, DMC, travel agency, or hospitality environment in a Sales & Marketing capacity.
Basic understanding of reservations, tour operations, and itinerary preparation.
Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Tour Plan and WETU will be an added advantage.
