Requirements
What You'll Do:
1. Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, manage the sales pipeline using CRM, and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets.
2.Develop, write, and execute segmented email campaigns to nurture prospects and drive high conversion rates.
3.Plan and create engaging organic content (text, graphics, video) across key social platforms to build brand awareness and community.
4.Monitor all performance KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Business Development role.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
