Sales & Marketing Executive works closely with Managing Director & Head of Sales & Marketing and other staff to assist with clients in their design center/shop as well as at the client's home to create individualized design solutions to sell client products and services. She/he is responsible for creating sales whilst utilizing exceptional customer service skills.
He/ She is required to research and develop various marketing strategies for products and services. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.

Drives sales
Solicit orders from new and prospective customers
Provide samples, catalogs, and illustrations of the company's product line
Handle product inquiries of clients
Listen to customer concerns
Address product-related issues
Nurture partnerships and key accounts from valued clients
Enlarge client base by developing excellent customer relations
Survey, analyze and prepare proposals for new prospects and old clients
Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
Writing weekly/monthly reports on the sales performance
Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive marketing strategies
Social Media
Active involvement in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts.
Provide inventive designs for content marketing.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and attend networking events.
Research on current standard trends and audience liking
Create, direct, circulate and share attractive content on a day to day basis.
Implement social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok.
Communicate with the followers on social networks, and respond to their queries on a timely basis.
Showroom Responsibilities
Arranging merchandise in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement
Ensure all the articles bear the right prices
Advising director/purchaser on items that ought to be restocked or removed from the catalog
Keep all the price lists updated all the time.
Ensure the maintain of faulty lights, electrical points and other appliances are kept in good condition
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom throughout the day.
Customer care tasks, duties & responsibilities
Keeping detailed and adequate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and then following up to ensure resolution
Assistance with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Cooperation with the customer care manager to ascertain proper customer service is being delivered
Answering incoming calls regarding service questions, product problems, billing of invoices and general client concerns
Regular update and maintenance of customer's account using computer software programs
Attending to customer's concerns, claims and disputes as a matter of priority.
