Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of renewable solar energy and power solutions. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships within the renewable energy sector.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for solar energy products and power solutions.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar solutions for clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project execution follow-up.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Business Manager.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
4 - 5 years proven experience in sales and marketing within the renewable solar energy or power industry.
Strong understanding of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
