Role Objective


Our client is seeking dynamic, results-driven, Sales and Marketing Officers to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new client leads, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and marketing our comprehensive suite of products.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing skills with a proven track record in direct sales.


Core Duties and Responsibilities


Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new individual and corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies.
Conduct thorough assessments of prospective customers\' needs to match them with appropriate packages and solutions.
Prepare accurate quotes, present features, handle objections, and successfully close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Execute localized marketing campaigns, leverage company-branded promotional materials, and represent the company at corporate events and trade shows to elevate brand visibility.
Maintain an active book of business, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and offering consistent customer support.
Serve as an initial point of contact to assist clients with inquiries and guide them efficiently through the company's process.
Keep detailed, accurate records of all client interactions and leads within the CRM system.


Job Specifications and Qualifications


Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the insurance, banking, or financial services sector.
