QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
Current or previous student recruitment in a college or education sector experience is an added advantage
Strong digital marketing skills (social media management, content creation, ads)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to meet recruitment targets and manage multiple campaigns
