Job Summary


We are hiring a highly proactive and sales-driven Sales Assistant who will not only support but actively execute sales activities, generate revenue, and contribute directly to building and strengthening the sales function.
This role goes beyond administrative support,the Sales Assistant is expected to engage customers, close sales, follow up aggressively on leads, and contribute to expanding the company's customer base.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of sales outcomes and plays a visible role in driving revenue and supporting the growth of the sales team.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs - Sales Driven)


Individual contribution to monthly sales revenue
Number of leads converted to paying customers
Speed and effectiveness of lead follow-up and closure
Contribution to overall team sales performance
Customer retention and repeat purchase rate
Accuracy and efficiency in sales execution (quotes, orders, follow-ups)


Key Responsibilities (Sales Execution Focus)


Actively engage in direct sales activities, including reaching out to prospects, following up on leads, and closing sales.
Support and execute sales strategies alongside the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both inbound and outbound.
Assist in building and strengthening the sales pipeline, not just maintaining it.
Take ownership of customer interactions, from inquiry to conversion and after-sales follow-up.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product recommendations with the goal of closing deals.
Work closely with sales representatives to drive deal execution and accelerate conversions.
Contribute to customer retention and repeat sales through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
Support in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
Collaborate with management in improving sales processes and identifying growth opportunities.


Team Growth & Sales Development Responsibilities:


Actively contribute to building a stronger, more effective sales team through coordination, communication, and performance support.
Help track sales performance and identify gaps or opportunities within the sales team.
Support the onboarding and alignment of new sales team members where required.
Promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and revenue focus within the team.


Requirements & Qualifications


1 - 3 years of experience in sales or sales support with direct involvement in closing deals.
Strong ability to sell, persuade, and convert prospects into customers.
Experience in lubricants, automotive, or industrial products is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Highly organized but also action-oriented and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused environment.
Ability to take initiative and drive sales independently when required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.


Work Structure:


Primarily office-based with active involvement in sales execution
Occasional field engagement or client interaction as required
Fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
