Vans is looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Assistant to join their crew in Sandton.
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales through product knowledge and styling advice, and maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with the Vans brand.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers, processing transactions, replenishing stock, and contributing to a positive and energetic store environment. The ideal candidate must be a strong brand ambassador who embodies the company's values and culture.
A proven strength in sales is essential, with a track record of delivering excellent customer experiences. Being KPI-driven and results-focused will be a strong advantage.
A keen interest in streetwear, sneakers, extreme sports and youth culture is essential, along with weekend and retail holiday availability.
Requirements:
Relative experience in a similar brand
1 year sales experience
Motivated and positive attitude
