Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of investment products including mutual funds, fixed income instruments, and portfolio management services
Source and onboard HNI and retail clients in compliance with regulatory standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth of Assets Under Management (AUM)
Provide informed investment guidance aligned with clients' risk profiles
Ensure strict adherence to SEC and internal compliance requirements
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in a registered and licensed asset management company
Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and compliance awareness
