Key Responsibilities
Market & Sales Strategy
Conduct market analysis to determine effective sales strategies and pricing policies.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Support the creation of sales materials, including "Proven Solutions," product templates, and proposals.
Customer Acquisition & Account Management
Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers and B2B agents.
Maintain and nurture client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and regular engagement.
Provide timely market feedback to management for product, pricing, and campaign improvements.
Product Sales & Promotions
Sell Raino products, including white meat and cold chain solutions.
Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products.
Innovate and recommend new products or promotional opportunities.
Operations & Collections
Ensure timely installation of freezers for clients.
Manage receivables and secure payments for all monthly sales.
Report issues or delays in collections promptly.
Reporting
Submit weekly market analysis, revenue, collection, and leads generation reports.
Prepare RTM reports and other ad hoc reports as requested by management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly Sales Target: As rolled out per quarter by the Commercial Lead.
Client Acquisition & Conversion:
Generate at least 40 leads per month.
Convert a minimum of 4 new customers per month.
Recruit 40 B2B agents annually.
Account Engagement:
Ensure all accounts are engaged regularly.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Keep clients informed of company products and activities.
Churn Rate: Maintain churn at or below 18%.
Freezer Installations: Complete at least 2 installations per month.
Receivables & Collections: Secure payment for 100% of monthly sales by month-end.
Reporting: Submit timely and accurate:
Weekly market analysis report
Weekly revenue and collection report
Weekly leads generation and conversion report
RTM report

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 - 2 years' experience in sales, field sales, or customer-facing commercial roles (experience in FMCG, poultry, fish, or cold-chain products is an added advantage).
Experience working with B2B customers, agents, or distributors is preferably in Horeca market
Basic understanding of credit management and collections will be an added advantage.
