Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Nairobi.
The Sales Associate will actively engage with clients to identify their financial needs and offer appropriate loan products.
Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, processing loan applications, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to support clients throughout their loan application process.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet sales targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of microfinance products, financial services, or similar industries is an added advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office
