We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officers across different locations to join our team for our Paramilitary & Education Business Unit. This opportunity is available across the following locations: Abuja (FCT), Calabar & Kano)

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and engage potential customers within the business unit to introduce and offer our loan products.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers,, understanding their financial requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities and effectively managing client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for expanding our reach within the business and achieving revenue goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Job Requirement


Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
Familiarity with the business and the financial needs of Paramilitary and Police employees is advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated by targets and committed to delivering results.
Willingness to travel within assigned locations as necessary.
Fluency in local languages spoken in the respective regions is a plus.
