Responsibilities:
Manage and track all incoming inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, referrals)
Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads
Send quotations and project information to prospects
Schedule calls and site visits
Maintain a simple CRM or lead tracking system
Close greenhouse installation deals
Provide weekly sales updates
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling high-ticket sales (ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ3M - ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ5M+ projects)
Can follow up without feeling awkward or discouraged
Basic understanding of agriculture is a plus (not compulsory)
Self-driven and target-oriented
Compensation:
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ30,000 monthly base salary
5% commission on every greenhouse sale closed
(Example: Closing a ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ5,000,000 greenhouse earns ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ250,000 commission.)
There is no cap on earnings.
