Minimum Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven customer service and sales ability
Significant retail experience, ideally with leadership or supervisory exposure
Ability to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment
Professionalism and strong personal presentation
High levels of accountability and self-motivation
