The ideal candidate will -


have a cheffing hospitality background &/or some food service-related experience would be an advantage
have a valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
be goal driven & independent a self-starter who takes responsibility for your actions
have a minimum of matric and the ability to make costing calculations
the company will provide on the job training
