Minimum Requirements
Previous sales experience, preferably within retail or the automotive accessories industry
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional presentation and approach
Ability to work in a target-driven and KPI-focused environment
Comfortable with commission-based earning structures
Leadership or management experience advantageous
Passion for the automotive industry advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting suitable automotive accessories and products
Drive sales and consistently achieve targets
Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
Promote and represent the brand professionally
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings
Ensure showroom/store presentation standards are maintained
Support overall branch sales performance and team objectives
