About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team by ensuring all sales-related activities move smoothly from initiation to completion. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys moving around, engaging with people, and ensuring tasks get done. The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Follow-Up:
Track sales jobs from start to completion
Ensure all required steps are completed on time
Follow up consistently to prevent delays
Execution & Process Management:
Work closely with the Sales team to confirm next actions
Coordinate across teams to resolve bottlenecks
Ensure smooth handovers and timely delivery
Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor progress and identify risks early
Maintain simple tracking records for ongoing and completed jobs
Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Sales
Operational Support:
Ensure all necessary documents and information are received and logged
Support the Sales team with operational follow-through
Requirements
Qualifications:
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
2 - 5 years' experience in sales support, operations, or administration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Skills:
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Clear verbal and written communication
Comfortable using basic tracking and reporting tools
