We are currently seeking a sales & customer service officer to manage customer engagement, drive sales, and maintain positive client relationships. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can also manage online and walk-in sales interactions and digital engagement.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media platforms
Manage walk-ins and online sales while building strong customer relationships
Create and publish sales-driven content for social media and digital platforms
Handle day-to-day management of the brand's social media accounts
Requirements:
A minimum of an SSCE
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and grow social media engagement
Must reside within Ikeja or its environs
