What you'll do:
As a Senior Sales & Customer Manager, you will be the face and voice of the school for families and the wider community. You will play a key role in driving enrolment growth and delivering an outstanding experience for students and parents through the following responsibilities:
Define and execute KISC's student recruitment strategy across four campuses
Drive enrolment growth and manage the admissions journey end-to-end
Build strong prospect pipelines through partnerships and outreach
Support parent engagement and student retention initiatives
Track admissions performance through the CRM and share insights with management
Lead and coordinate the local admissions and marketing team
Partner closely with Heads of School on enrolment priorities
Ensure strong and consistent Enko brand visibility across campuses

Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a Related Field: Provides a strong foundation for managing admissions strategy and supporting school development objectives.
5 to 7 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management: Essential for driving enrolment growth, managing the admissions pipeline effectively, and ensuring a strong experience for prospective families from first contact to enrolment.
Proven Track Record in Growth and Conversion Management: Important to strengthen KISC's enrolment strategy, improve conversion rates, and support the school's long-term development objectives.
Experience in Team Leadership and Stakeholder Coordination: Critical for managing the admissions function effectively, collaborating with academic and operational teams, and ensuring alignment across departments.
Familiarity with CRM Tools and Digital Marketing Strategies: Necessary to manage enquiries efficiently, track admissions data, and support outreach and visibility through digital channels.
Strong Analytical Skills and Experience with KPIs and Reporting Tools: Important for monitoring performance, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to improve admissions outcomes.
Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Essential for engaging with prospective families, representing KISC professionally, and building trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong Customer-Centric Mindset with a Hands-On and Proactive Approach: Important to deliver a high-quality admissions experience and respond effectively to the needs of families throughout the enrolment journey.
Knowledge of the Kenyan Private or International School Landscape: Highly valuable for understanding the local context, positioning KISC effectively, and identifying opportunities for growth.
