What You'll Own & Drive
Market Expansion & Revenue Growth:
Take charge of expanding our footprint in solar and energy storage solutions. Identify new opportunities, unlock untapped markets, and convert prospects into long-term partners.
Strategic Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong, high-value relationships with EPC companies, distributors, and corporate clients. Become a trusted partner in delivering cutting-edge energy solutions.
Sales Strategy & Deal Closure:
Develop winning proposals, lead negotiations with confidence, and consistently close profitable deals.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge:
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor strategies. Turn insights into smart, revenue-generating decisions.
Who Thrives in This Role
Education: ND, HND or B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 - 4 years in business development or sales. Experience in solar or renewable energy is a strong advantage.

Base Salary: ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ150,000 - ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ250,000 monthly
Commission Structure: Attractive performance-based commission system
Earning Potential: Commissions can accumulate up to ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ150,000+ monthly, based on performance
KPI Performance Bonus: Additional structured bonus tied directly to clearly defined monthly and quarterly performance targets
