About The Role


This is your chance to break into Tech Sales with some of the fastest-growing international FinTech and SaaS companies. You'll learn how to generate pipeline, book meetings with C-level executives, and play a key role in winning new customers.
We'll kickstart your journey with our hands-on training program, designed to turn your customer-facing experience into tech sales expertise. From there, you'll have a clear path to grow into leadership within two years.


What you'll do:


Learn the FinTech & SaaS space across EMEA markets
Research and identify high-value target accounts
Reach out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Book meetings and demos with senior executives
Join customer meetings and contribute to go-to-market campaigns
Continuously refine your sales skills with support from experienced leaders


Requirements


A university degree
1-2 years in a customer-facing role (preferably sales-related) after your studies
Genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
High energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
Strong written and spoken English, confident engaging with C-level executives
Based in Cape Town (or open to relocating)
South African citizenship
