Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers in target industries (SMBs, Enterprises, Public Sector).
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and networking.
Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify prospects using frameworks such as BANT/MEDDIC.
Book product demos and meetings for the Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM (Zoho/Dynamics 365).
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and follow up with leads generated.
Consistently achieve or exceed targets for meetings booked and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of experience in a Sales/SDR/BDR role (preferably in SaaS or IT solutions).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
Strong prospecting and cold-calling ability.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Dynamics 365, or similar).
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Knowledge of HR solutions, SaaS, or B2B tech sales is a plus.
