Responsibilities
  • Bridge the gap between Sales and bloXroute’s technical products and services 
  • Act as a technical contact for prospective and existing users
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Support teams to provide technical integration and implementation solutions for users
  • Collect feedback that can help with enhancing product development 
  • Develop and analyze product metrics to understand performance, user engagement, and opportunities for improvement


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience 
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner 
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with a distributed team in a fast-paced environment
